How to measure:

Measurements in centimetres (cm) unless specified.

Neck - measure around the base of the neck.

Chest - measure around the widest part of the chest. Start measurement beneath arms and make sure the tape is kept flat across the back.

Waist - take the measurement around where your pants top sit.
