Refund policy

All Exchange and Returns details must firstly be submitted through our returns portal for authorisation before any garments are returned.  Alternatively, you can email sales@jimmystuart.com or call us on (02) 9809 3610 and someone from our amazing team will be happy to assist you. 

We strongly suggest to our customers to consult our Size Chart before selecting your product.

We accept returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing and style changes in exchange for a store credit or item exchange. We do not offer refunds unless an item arrives faulty or damaged.

We offer a garment exchange or store credit within 14 days of receiving your parcel, provided the items are unworn and have their original labels and tags attached.

Any final sale items or items as part of a promotion cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.

All additional shipping costs will be at the customers cost.

An $8.50 packing and handling fee applies to all exchanges.

Please return at your own expense (we recommend tracking/signature).

Please clearly mark "Returned Goods" and addressed to our Returns Department, Jimmy Stuart 1/17 Rhodes Street West Ryde, NSW 2114 Australia.
