Packaging
At Jimmy Stuart, we’re committed to doing our part for the environment - it’s at the heart of everything we do. Orders are packaged in 100% recyclable cardboard boxes or 100% compostable bags that will break down in your compost within six months. While there are a few exceptions, we’re constantly striving to make our packaging as sustainable as possible.

Standard
Free Standard Shipping is valid for all Australian orders over $200.
Free shipping for orders over $200 is automatically applied during the checkout process and is shipped via AUS POST Standard Shipping. AUS POST Standard Shipping arrives within 3-5 business days from the date your order has been shipped.*
For orders under $200, a flat fee of $14.50 applies.
Express
We also offer Australian Express shipping for $18 for all domestic orders within Australia. Express arrives within 1-4 business days from the date your order has been shipped*

PROCESSING TIMES
Same day dispatch when orders are placed before 3pm AEDT.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday within 48 hours of placement (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Your tracking number and information will be emailed to the address provided on the order.
Please note: We cannot guarantee delivery times. All delivery estimations are provided based on general data available to public. Postage may be subject to delay due to causes outside of Jimmy Stuart and/or Australia Post's control, including but not limited to public holidays, peak periods and time in customs (if applicable).
All purchases made are lovingly wrapped by the Jimmy Stuart team in house and ready for gifting. If you are purchasing a garment as a gift please leave a note in the description and we will make sure to email you the invoice instead.
INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND CUSTOM CHARGES
United States
US orders operate under our DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) model, meaning all applicable import taxes and duties are calculated and paid upfront during checkout.
This means:

- All customs duties and taxes are included in your order total
- You'll see the final price (including duties and taxes) before completing your purchase
Please note:

- Duties and taxes are non-refundable on change-of-mind returns
- If you refuse delivery or your package is returned to us, duties and taxes will not be refunded
Rest of the world
When you order from Jimmy Stuart, the recipient is responsible for complying with all local laws in their country. International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are charged when the shipment arrives. These additional charges must be paid by the recipient, and we cannot control or predict them. Customs rules vary by country, so please check with your local customs office.
Customs clearance can sometimes delay delivery beyond our original estimates.
Please note: International shipping costs do not include return shipping to Australia. Customers are responsible for any return shipping fees from their country.
Click & Collect
Click & Collect is available from our Jimmy Stuart HQ/Showroom in West Ryde, as well as our Mosman store. You can select the HQ/Showroom option at checkout. If you prefer to collect from our Mosman store, simply add a note to your order and we’ll arrange it for you.
