Returns & Exchanges
All return and exchange requests must be submitted through our returns portal for authorisation before any garments are sent back.
Alternatively, you can contact our team by emailing sales@jimmystuart.com or calling (02) 9809 3610, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
We offer garment exchanges or store credit within 14 days of receiving your parcel, provided the item is unworn and has all original labels and tags attached.
We strongly recommend checking our Size Chart before placing your order to ensure you select the best fit.
YOUR RETURN OPTIONS
When returning eligible items, you can choose from:
Exchange
Swap your item for a different size or style, subject to stock availability. A $8.50 packing and handling fee applies to all exchanges to cover a portion of the cost to send your exchange back to you.
Store Credit
Receive 110% of your purchase price as store credit, valid for 3 years from date of issue.
- We accept returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing or style changes.
- All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked or signature delivery service when returning your item.
- Refunds are only offered if an item arrives faulty or damaged.
- Please note that final sale items and items purchased as part of a promotion cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.
