Packaging
At Jimmy Stuart we are committed to doing our bit for the environment. It is at the forefront of our daily decision making. When you purchase from us your order will be packaged in either one of our cardboard pizza boxes which are 100% recyclable or a 100% compostable bags which will disappear in your compost in 6 months. We are not perfect as there are some exceptions but on the whole we are doing our best.
Shipping
We have FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all Australian orders over $150!
We use Australia Post for domestic and international deliveries.
PROCESSING TIMES
Same day dispatch when orders are placed before 3pm AEDT.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday within 48 hours of placement (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Your tracking number and information will be emailed to the address provided on the order.
Please note: We cannot guarantee delivery times. All delivery estimations are provided based on general data available to public. Postage may be subject to delay due to causes outside of Jimmy Stuart and/or Australia Post's control, including but not limited to public holidays, peak periods and time in customs (if applicable).
All purchases made are lovingly wrapped by the Jimmy Stuart team in house and ready for gifting. If you are purchasing a garment as a gift please leave a note in the description and we will make sure to email you the invoice instead.

Free Standard Shipping is valid for all Australian orders over $150.
Free shipping for orders over $150 is automatically applied during the checkout process and is shipped via AUS POST Standard Shipping. AUS POST Standard Shipping arrives within 3-5 business days from the date your order has been shipped.*
For orders under $150, a flat fee of $14.50 applies.
Express
We also offer Australian Express shipping for $18 for all domestic orders within Australia. Express arrives within 1-4 business days from the date your order has been shipped*

INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND CUSTOM CHARGES
When ordering from Jimmy Stuart the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of Australia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and region to region; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original shipment delivery estimates.
** Please note that the international shipping costs do not reflect the cost of return shipping from countries outside of Australia. It is the responsibility of customers to enquire about the cost of return shipping from their country back to Australia as this fee is not covered by Jimmy Stuart.
